Originally from Arkansas, John found his was to South Carolina eventually.  John got started as a line cook for Hilton Hotels in Springfield, Illinois and found his calling.  John loves cooking for people and has worked his way up through the industry from line cook to Chef.  His favorite item on D&D’s menu is his Mac & Cheese and the Shrimp & Grits.  When John isn’t in the kitchen at our kitchen you will find him enjoying time with his family, kids and grandkids.
